- This paper compares the features of two learning methods, i.e., class education and online personal learning, to discuss how the online personal learning method can improve the performance of class education and shows an idea of the online personal learning system tentatively called OLS (Off-site Learning System). OLS is designed to improve the performance of class education (on-site education) with its three specific features, i.e. (1) it works with on-site education contents, (2) it adopts adaptive learning features and (3) it provides teachers with feedback information on on-site education contents.
