- 日本でも産学官連携は1980年代から政策的に推進されてきているし,産・学・官の当事者たちも推進に努めている.産学の共同研究は盛んになっているし,大学の特許の取得やライセンシング,大学発ベンチャーの設立も行われている.中国でも産学研合作という言葉で産学官連携が推進されてきていて,多くの大学発ベンチャー(校弁企業)が誕生し,外国企業も含めた産学連携が盛んに実施されている.そこで,本稿では大学自体の比較,ナショナル・イノベーション・システム(NIS)における大学の位置づけの比較を行った上で,日本と中国における産学連携を比較し,類似点と相違点を明らかにし,日本の産学連携への示唆を得ることとする.
- 概要（英）
- University-industry-government collaboration has been promoted in Japan by the government since the 1980s. The persons involved in university-industry-government collaboration have made enormous efforts to promote university-industry-government collaboration. As a result, joint research between universities and companies has become vigorous; patent application and licensing by universities has become a common practice; and university spin-off companies have been created. In China, university-industry-government collaboration is also practiced vigorously. Thus, this paper, focusing on university-industry collaboration, conducts an international comparison between Japan and China. First, the paper examines the similarities and differences between Japanese universities and Chinese universities. Then, the paper clarifies the similarities and differences between Japanese university-industry collaboration and Chinese one, Finally, it discusses implications for the further development of the Japanese university-industry collaboration.
