- In recent years, research on storytelling has developed in organization studies, particularly on how storytelling is used in organization change. However, storytelling in the organization is not merely an innovation tool. Instead, there are various stories withinthe organization, and the reality of the organization occurs from that. Therefore, in this paper, we explain storytelling in the organization from a viewpoint different from that of established studies.
