概要: 「企業ウェブサイトにおけるデザイン最適化に関する研究-その２、３」（日本デザイン学会第57回研究発表大会2010.07.04）でHCD：Human Centered Design（人間中心設計プロセス）と.ISMS：Information Security Management System（情報セキュリティマネジメントシステム）をオフィシャルサイト構築の基本方針であることを述べた。本報告では、コンテンツ配信の基礎基盤となるデザインされたコンテンツを支えるのがシステム・インフラであり、それを、安定、安全、安心に運用するために、PMO: Project Management Officeによるシステム・インフラ管理とCMSによるコンテンツ/デザインの管理、質の向上等について述べる。
概要（英）: In "A study on the design optimization in the corporate website - 2 (HCD)/3 (ISMS)" at the 57th Annual JSSD (Japan Society for Science of Design) Conference on 4 July 2010, we reported the usage and application of HCD and ISMS which have formed the basis for stable and optimized site operation, as a basic policy. This article explains how we manage the website system and infrastructure which is a basic part of the corporate website. One of the characteristic part of the management is that we organized so cold PMO(Project Management Office) with IT vender which is one of our 100% affiated company MDIS(Mitsubishi Electric Information Systems Corp.) The members consisted with manager class, and introduction practiced the management system which was conscious of ITIL which assumed an advertising director a person in charge. In order to realize Synagy creation and unification of the information/ consistency reinforcement, we introduced CMS.Informations are collected premeditatedly by each section, and creates Web page by CMS. And also generates A4 size print pages as an one source multi use.
