- 「両利きの経営」は、イノベーションを論じる際に重要な概念としてよく取り上げられる概念である。ある企業や組織が中長期的な存続と発展を志向するならば、両利きの経営の実現を目指すのが望ましいこと自体は概ねの支持を得るところである。しかし、論者によって本概念を捉える切り口には違いがある。このことがイノベーションとの概念上の位置づけや、実行のプロセスとの関係性についていくつかの混乱を惹起することとなり、実際の企業活動との対応関係がわかりにくくなっている。本稿では探索と深化の関係を、実務時系列的な視点から整理することを提案する。

- “Ambidexterity" is a management concept that commonly referred to as a major concept when discussing innovation. If a company or organization aspire to survive and grow in the medium to long term, it is generally desirable to aim for the realization of ambidexterity. However, because of some confusion, such as the conceptual positioning of innovation and the relationship with the execution process, making it difficult to understand the correspondence with actual corporate activities. This paper proposes a view point for realizing ambidexterity by organizing the relationship between exploration and exploitation in time series.
