- ソフトウェア開発の現場では要件定義書や設計書などの開発ドキュメントをWordやPowerPointなどの汎用的なドキュメント作成ツールを使って作成することが多く,このような開発ドキュメントのトレースリンク構築の効率化が求められている.このような開発ドキュメントには,その開発ドキュメントが対象とするシステムを構成する要素名などの重要なキーワードが,一覧表などの表の形で記載されていることが多いという特徴があるのとともに,トレースリンクを構築したときに,トレース先の粒度がまちまちになる(ファイル全体のこともあれば,上位の章全体や末節全体のこともある)傾向がある.本稿ではこれらの点に着目し,汎用的なドキュメント作成ツールを使って作成された開発ドキュメントのトレースリンク構築を支援するために,表から検索キーワード候補を抽出する方法と,開発ドキュメントが持つフォルダ構成や章節などの階層構造を意識した照合方式をとることで自由な粒度でリンク先候補を検索する方式について報告する.
- 概要（英）
- Most of software developers in Japan uses general-purpose document processors (ex. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint) to write requirements or specifications because of their flexibility and productivity. Recently it has become much importance to create relationships between software documents for tracing specifications (trace-links), and to reduce cost of creating those relationships. In this paper we propose a new retrieval method supporting trace-link creation. Our method has two characteristics. First is extracting keywords from "tables" in documents, because tables have many important keywords such as system component names. Second is matching method using hierarchical structures of documents to increase matches between document components of different granularities. Software developers can easily find trace-links using this retrieval method.
