- 近年の情報システムは技術面の急速な進展もあり、大型化、複雑化する傾向にある。こうしたなか、企業にとって構築された情報システムの有効性、つまり情報システム開発への投資に対する成否を評価することが困難となっている。本研究では情報システム開発に関する有効性について主要な文献のレビューを通じて、情報システム構築プロジェクトの成功の定義について検証する。さらに、経営・業務・技術などの視点から、情報システム開発プロジェクトに内在するリスクを分析し、有効性とリスクの関係を評価する新たなフレームワークを提案する。
- 概要（英）
- The enterprise information systems have been complicating, because many information technologies are developed and improved constantly. These situations make it difficult to evaluate the effectiveness, that is, the success or failure of investment in information systems in many companies. This study classifies the definition of the success of the information system development projects through the review of literatures on the effectiveness of information systems. In addition, we analyze the risk factors in the information system development projects. Finally, this study designs the evaluation framework between the effectiveness and the risk on the information system development projects.
