- 近年、グローバル化や国内市場の細分化の流れを受け、企業の活動を支える情報システムも大型化・複雑化する傾向にある。このため、情報システムには競争環境の変化や機会に迅速に対応できるフレキシビリティさが求められ、これら情報システムの土台となるITインフラに着目した研究が進められている。本研究では、リーダ企業の戦略に着目し、戦略とITインフラ整備動向との関係を考察する。

- Recently, as the market is globalized and , in Japan , is segmentalized, the information systems that support the activity of the enterprise grow bigger size and become complicated. So, prior researches have recognized the importance of flexibility of IT Infrastructure services which can respond promptly to the threads and the opportunities of competitive environment. This case study provides the relation between strategy types and IT Infrastructure services.
